Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. (January 21, 2010) – Beach Properties of Florida, a boutique real estate agency with offices in Grayton Beach and WaterColor, announces the unveiling of a seven-part video series showcasing communities in its key 30A markets of Grayton Beach, Rosemary Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, WaterSound, The Retreat and Alys Beach. Beach Properties of Florida teamed up with Shane Reynolds of Color Earth (www.colorearth.tv), also known as “Shane O” from the Travel Channel, to produce the one- to three-minute videos as an informational resource to introduce and educate visitors about the area and the company.

“We felt there was a great need for high quality, informational videos that truly characterize and showcase the beautiful communities of 30A,” explained Price Rainer, co-owner of Beach Properties of Florida. “Each community has its own special personality, from the old Florida charm of Grayton Beach to the Spanish Colonial style and New Urbanist feel of Rosemary Beach. The videos allow prospective guests and homeowners the opportunity to experience a taste of each community via the convenience of the Internet.”

In order to capture all the seasons and beauty of 30A, Reynolds worked extensively over the course of a year to portray the distinctive essence found in each community, even using a helicopter to obtain breathtaking aerial footage that portrays the varied topography of South Walton. With a unique shooting/editing style he developed from the early days producing local TV shows, to various prime time series on the Travel Channel, Reynolds utilized a professional HD camera (Sony EX-1) with a 35mm adapter (Letus) for a film quality picture and even incorporated a dolly for crisp, flowing shots. The ‘video vignettes’ highlight the character of each community from the history to the architecture to the unparalleled amenities. Even the music was locally composed and produced (James Kernick, PB&J Music).

“30A has always been the crown jewel of the Emerald Coast in my mind,” elaborated Reynolds, owner of Color Earth. “Beach Properties of Florida represents the area in an authentic local way, so it was great to focus my lens here at home with a client that shares the same vision.”

The videos can be viewed at HERE (individual community videos are also showcased on the respective community sections of the website) and will be available through various on and offline distribution outlets locally and regionally.

“We are so thrilled with the finished product that Shane delivered,” added John David Sullivan, co-owner of Beach Properties of Florida. “These videos will be a valuable resource for anyone interested in visiting or owning a home in the 30A area for years to come.”

Beach Properties of Florida and Live Well Properties and Concierge Join Forces to Create Beach Rentals of Florida

Established as a sister company to the well known real estate agency, Beach Rentals of Florida will be a full service high end rental and property management company serving South Walton

Santa Rosa Beach, Fla. (January 18, 2010) – Beach Properties of Florida, a boutique real estate agency with offices in Grayton Beach and WaterColor, announces that it is teaming up with Live Well Properties and Concierge, an established property management and concierge company in South Walton, to form Beach Rentals of Florida, a full service luxury rental and property management company. Beach Rentals of Florida will offer its clients varied services from multi-media marketing of their property to reservations, contracts and complete property management to comprehensive concierge services such as arranging bike deliveries, dinner reservations, babysitters or any other special items needed prior to arrival.

“There is a great need along 30A for a boutique high end property management agency that will provide the utmost in service and convenience for both property owners and guests,” explained John David Sullivan, co-owner of Beach Properties of Florida. “We are creating Beach Rentals of Florida to fill this niche and feel that teaming up with Live Well Properties and Concierge in our efforts is a perfect fit. John and his staff have been very successful in providing the kind of personal service that is essential to successful property management and concierge.”

Founder of Live Well Properties and Concierge, John Wellborn will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer at Beach Rentals of Florida and will work alongside Chairman David Sullivan. Sullivan brings vast experience to the company with a hugely successful career in the hospitality industry, formerly serving as founder, chairman and CEO of ResortQuest International, one of the nation’s leading vacation rental hospitality and resort real estate companies. He also served as Executive Vice President of Promus Companies, a 1,000 property hotel company consisting of Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites Hotels. Additionally, he was Director of John Q. Hammons Hotels, Winston Hotels and Choice Hotels, which boasts 5,000 franchise properties worldwide. Beach Properties of Florida owners Hunter Harman, Price Rainer and John David Sullivan will operate as partners to the sister company.

“I am thrilled to be involved with this new company so that we can provide a unique and much needed approach to luxury property management for the 30A area,” added David Sullivan, Chairman of Beach Rentals of Florida. “The partnership between Live Well Properties and Concierge and Beach Properties of Florida is very synergistic because it will allow Beach Rentals of Florida to build on Live Well’s existing platform and grow under the umbrella and resources of the already well established Beach Properties of Florida. Vacation and second homes sales and property management go hand in hand, and Beach Rentals of Florida will offer a comprehensive service for both homeowners who plan to rent their homes and as well as those that don’t.”

Both John Wellborn and David Sullivan enjoyed vacations in South Walton for many years prior to relocating from Georgia and Tennessee, respectively, and are very passionate about the area and inspired by working in the hospitality field. “At Live Well Properties and Concierge, my goal has always been to provide truly personal services to my clientele much in the same manner that Beach Properties of Florida assists their real estate customers,” explained John Wellborn, COO of Beach Rentals of Florida. “Our similar approaches to service made coming together to create this new company a natural progression, and we are all extremely excited to serve this community through Beach Rentals of Florida.”
